Meng Seang (Mr.)

Position: Deputy Chief of Party (DCoP).

Profile: Mr. Meng Seang has worked for more than 15 years with UN Agencies and International Non-Government Organizations. His experience has been working on issues of child rights, child labor, human rights, education and the environment. His focus has been on the issues of child labor elimination, anti-human trafficking, access to education and integrated community development in rural areas including community based natural resources management. At Winrock International, Meng currently has held the position of Deputy Chief of Party for the counter trafficking in persons project (2012 to present). From January 2010 to December 2011, he worked also for Winrock International as a program officer under a project called “Children Empowerment Through Education-Elimination of Child Labor in the Agriculture sSector”. Mr. Meng Seang earned his Masters Degree in Environment from Malaysia and his Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science from the Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia.
